Vinodh Perera is a passionate filmmaker with a strong foundation in film directing, cinematography, and editing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, and Animation from Deakin University, where he honed his skills across multiple key areas of production.
With a unique ability to multitask and lead major creative roles, Vinodh has worked across various industries in Australia as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Digital Content Creator. He also brings live broadcast experience through his work as a Camera Operator at Racing Victoria. Additionally, Vinodh has collaborated with professionals in the media industry across both Australia and Sri Lanka, establishing a strong international network.
Vinodh’s diverse experience and academic background allow Synapse Productions to deliver outstanding results, both creatively and professionally for every client.
LILA MCPHEE
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Lila McPhee is an Australian actress and model with experience across film, television, and fashion. She is currently training full-time at Film & Television Studios International and has studied with Susan Batson Studio, Brave Studios, and NIDA.
Lila has appeared in various short films, commercials, and fashion campaigns, including runway shows for Czyk and Harrauer and brand work with BYS Cosmetics. Her strong communication skills and background in the creative industry bring valuable insight to Synapse Productions, helping to build and maintain strong client relationships.
